JobTrove Privacy Policy

JobTrove ("the app") is published by Pocketlab Apps ("we"). You can contact us at support@pocketlabapps.co.uk.

1. Summary

JobTrove stores your information on your own device. We do not run user accounts, we do not collect your jobs, photos or documents on a server, and the app contains no advertising or third-party analytics.

2. Information you enter

You may enter job titles, customer names, email addresses and addresses, prices, notes about changes, and attach photos, receipts and documents. This information is stored locally on your device in the app's private storage. We cannot see it.

3. Camera, photos and files

The app asks the Android system to take a photo or let you choose a photo or file. Images and files you choose are copied into the app's private storage for the relevant job. The app does not read other photos or files on your device.

4. Reports and backups

When you create a PDF report or a backup file, it is saved or shared only where you choose (for example your Files app or an email app you select). Backup files are not encrypted; please keep them private. Once you share a report or backup, the recipient and the service you use handle it under their own policies.

5. Purchases

If you buy the Full Version, the payment is processed by Google Play. We do not receive your payment card details. Google may share purchase status with the app so it can unlock the Full Version.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your information and do not share it with third parties. The app sends no personal data to us.

7. Retention and deletion

Your data stays on your device until you delete it. You can move jobs to Trash and delete them permanently in the app. Uninstalling the app removes its stored data from your device. Backup files and reports you saved elsewhere must be deleted by you.

8. Children

JobTrove is a business tool and is not directed at children.

9. Security

Data is held in the app's private storage on your device and protected by Android's app sandbox. Please also use a screen lock and keep your device updated.

10. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and publish the new version at this address.
